Shipping

All shipping is sent through DHL from Germany.
The following rates apply per order:

• Germany: €10

• European Union: €15

• USA / Canada: €20

Please contact me for a quote if you want to order outside these regions!

Returns

In the case that you are unhappy with the picture you received, I can restitute the invoiced amount (excluding shipping) within 14 days after you have received the item.
Please ensure the item remains undamaged and is properly packed (preferably in the same packaging as it was sent in).
Shipping and handling for returning is at your own expense.

Payment

Currently the only payment option is Paypal. However Paypal accepts most major creditcards and banks, in most cases even without an account!
